TRANSLATION ENGLISH-INDONESIA: LEARNING DEVELOPMENT BASED HYBRID LEARNING IN POST-PANDEMIC ERA FOR EFL STUDENTS

<p>This study aims to describe the development of a Hybrid learning model in Translation: English-Indonesian for UINSU English Tadris students. researchers use Borg and Gall through ten steps. 30 research subjects were taken from program population. Data collected by observation techniques, questionnaires, tests. analysis techniques percentages, mean, t-tests. The results validation experts I II on design hybrid an average 4.34 very good category. Field test I; paratest 6.17 posttest 6.60. parates 6.63 7.65. III 6.72 7. 69. Different t-test motivation t-count 9.254, student creativity 9.796, outcomes 9.840 it turns out that t-count&gt; t-table 2.136 is proven there significant difference before using after model. conclusion developed this effectively used Program students.</p>
